Pick-up / Drop-off & Shuttle Service
We offer a pick-up and drop-off shuttle service for customers arriving by train or staying in the area. Whether you need a ride from JR Shinano-Omachi Station, a transfer to Hakuba or Matsumoto, or a one-way drop-off at your accommodation, please don't hesitate to ask when booking.

Insurance & Coverage
Basic liability insurance (bodily injury and property damage) is included in the rental fee.
