Kei cars, compact cars and minivans alike are 40% off the base (24-hour) rate. The price is fixed regardless of how many days you rent.
⚠️ Excluded periods: Golden Week (late April to early May), Obon and the summer holiday peak (around mid-August). Please check when you book.
Kei cars
Engines up to 660cc — models such as the N-BOX, Spacia and Tanto. Comfortable for two adults and two children. 4WD, with studless tyres in winter.

Junior seat (booster)
For children who have outgrown a child seat (roughly age 4 and up, under 140cm). Raises the seating position so the seatbelt sits correctly. Please tell us your child's age and height when booking.

Shuttle service & one-way rentals
We offer a shuttle service. Returning your car to the other branch (Shinano-Omachi Station ⇄ Omachi Onsenkyo), or delivery to Hakuba, Azumino or Matsumoto, can also be arranged depending on the area and availability.

Insurance & coverage
Basic third-party liability insurance is included in the rental price. However, vehicle repair costs and the NOC (non-operation charge) are not covered by the basic insurance.

⚠️ Please note the ¥100,000 excess on Plan B
Plan B covers vehicle repair costs, but the ¥100,000 excess remains payable by the renter. In a single-vehicle accident you may be asked to pay up to ¥100,000 towards repairs. Narrow mountain roads in autumn and snow or ice in winter make minor collisions more likely, so we recommend Plan C (vehicle cover plus NOC waiver), which has no excess.
※ All insurance and coverage applies only to drivers aged 21 and over.
Fuel policy
Please return the car with a full tank. If the tank is not full, we will calculate and charge for the fuel using our standard formula. For full details, please see our terms and conditions.

※ Petrol stations are sparse in the surrounding area, so please allow extra time before returning.

The 40% off season rate runs from April to November. The booking form is open 24 hours and replies are sent during opening hours. As all rentals require advance booking, please reserve early.
