Visit Our Store
On the rental day, please come to us by one of the following:
- Direct Visit: Inside Takenoya Ryokan (near JR Shinano-Omachi Station)
- Pick-up Service: We can pick you up from your hotel or nearest station

Rental Procedure

You will sign the contract, complete payment, inspect the vehicle for scratches, and receive the keys.

Please return the vehicle on time with a full tank of fuel.

Driver's License Requirements
To drive in Japan, you must present one of the following. If you forget your license, we cannot rent the vehicle.

Valid Japanese driver's license.

International Driving Permit (IDP)
Must be based on the 1949 Geneva Convention.
- ❌ 1968 Vienna Convention IDPs are NOT valid in Japan.
- ❌ Digital copies or photos are NOT accepted. Bring the original booklet.

Drivers from the following countries/regions may drive with their original license AND an official Japanese translation:
